The owners of a Blackpool town centre nail salon have vowed to reopen after fire destroyed their premises on Boxing Day.
Fire crews were called to Church Street, Blackpool, at around 1:40pm, with eight fire engines from Blackpool, South Shore, Bispham, Lytham, St Annes and Fleetwood attending the commercial property, along with an aerial ladder platform, as part of a multi agency response.
Firefighters wearing breathing apparatus used two hose reel jets and two hose reels to extinguish the fire.
There has been a partial building collapse, with emergency services working to make the area safe.
Later, the incident was reduced to one pump which will remained in attendance overnight, with crews damping down and monitoring any remaining hotspots.
In a statement on their Facebook page, the Nail Emporium owners said: "Dear all our lovely clients, we are so sad to say today 26th December at 13.40 in our second floor engulfed in flames as you can see from Blackpool News.
